Wowee haven't posted in a while!

Well, I haven't exactly been in the journal mode lately. There have been things to complain about but I've mostly let these troubles go. With the help of my iPod and one or two sympathetic ears.

Anyway, it is currently 12:42AM, according to my computer. Just had a shower after coming back from yet another spontaneous episode of going to the movies. This time, it was to help 'celebrate' a friend's birthday. Watched Angels & Demons and O-M-G it is epic. Well, okay, it *wasn't* as good as the book - but are there any movies out there that are as good as their literal basis? Doubtful. However, this one was good enough. They screwed up a lot of things, left out and changed some people and secrets, but hey, it already goes for about 2 hours and 48 minutes, so can't *really* complain (actually I can but I won't). I just don't bloody get why the camerlengo is suddenly Irish when he was meant to be Italian. And why the hell they had to change the way people died (Like WTF was with the whole blowing up of the car deal?!?!).
Definitely better than how The DaVinci Code was done. Oh, and I love Ewan McGregor and Stellan Skarsgard. Absolutely amazing. And Tommy Hanks as well, of course :)

Really hate school at the moment. The people are back on my good side. Well, most of them. But it's almost exam block and tonight's little trip to the movies can't have been good for my study. Oh well, I'm going to be spending this entire weekend studying anyway.

It's almost 1AM now and I gotta go to bed. Watching a movie is more tiring than actually doing my revision. And so much more fun :D

'Til next time,
arrivederci!

Sunrise over sea, no longer.

I AM *LOVING* THE SOUNDS OF THE JOHN BUTLER TRIO!

Again. Hahaha. Have loved them for a long time, but I'm really getting back into their music now.

Been keeping busy lately. Back from Japan and straight back into school (if you excuse the four day weekend directly following my return AHAHA!). Weighed down by four assignments (English, Art, Biology and Geography). Not nice. But I suppose it isn't so bad. Starting to get the hang of English (bloody feature articles); not a worry about Art (it's always too easy); and actually quite enjoying Geography on the whole. Maths is a repeat of last year and Economics... well, I'm getting there.

Outside of the work comes the people. And I can't say that I'm enjoying everyone's company at the moment. Those whose presence I used to value and like are now very close to being in my bad books. Some are just on the brink of seriously pissing me off and others are just floating in a sea of my indifference. Made some new "friends". Classroom Accomplices more like: the people you talk to only in class and almost would never associate with outside of. Good to have :)
Another thing... teachers. Love some, hate some. Actually - love most, hate one, am frustrated with another. Eugh.

Okay, away from school entirely...

Listening to music every morning and night. Not really socialising on the weekends. Catching up on sleep whenever I can. Determined to learn the piano and/or guitar in the near future as currently have no time. Ooh, time. That's something I'm running out of. That and patience, Simpsons jokes, movies to watch and energy. *sigh*
What with being either exhausted or busy with schoolwork, have hardly had any time for "exercise" or anything art related (excepting the bullshit that we do in art class with the old witch). Walk every lunch time in order to maintain *some* level of wellbeing. Not really working, but I'll get onto it ASAP.
Oh yes, am currently reading The Other Boleyn Girl. It is incredible! I can't put it down! Seriously. Haven't one of those reads in a while :D

Yay! Am home at last!
In case you didn't know, I've been in Japan for the past two weeks or so. Got back on the Wednesday morning and am loving being home.

The trip to Japan was sooo fun! Went skiing in Hokkaido and shopping and touring in Tokyo! Was bloody brilliant! It was also a great chance to snap some pics of the scenery. Can't wait to put them on DA :D

Anyway, I've uploaded those Winx drawings that I did ages ago. I never got the chance to upload them till like 2 days ago but they're up now! Please comment :)

I've been drawing a couple more Winx pics as well, and I'll put these up, along with the pics from Japan ASAP.

Cheers!
xx

I have new pictures up! Nothing brill, I know, but I'm glad. Finally gotten some time to take photos so I had to put them up :)
Apart from that, the last few days have been... rather uneventful. Randomly, I have started watching The Sound of Music again and all the behind-the-scenes stuff. It's awesome XD
Saw Marley & Me the other day with a friend. Absolutely LOVE it! It's made me like Owen Wilson (incredible!) and adore Labradors. Not that I hadn't always (to the latter, not Owen). Haha.
Am currently watching more Sound of Music and talking on MSN. Also waiting for a cake to finish baking.

Hmm... well I'm outta here.
Cheers :)

That title pretty much sums up my day.
Went to visit some of dad's friends today. Pretty cool people. Drove all the way to bloody Kyogle, over the QLD/NSW border. Never knew just sitting in a car for four hours straight could be so tiring. Anyway, got to their place and was greeted by three adorable dogs: Mali (not sure about spelling) the shepherd, Scruffie the Aussie Terrier and Rosie the absolutely adorable Labrador. They were sooo cute! I could have taken them home with me! Starting to wish I had - haha. Mali was gorgeous and sweet. Scruffie was the maddest little thing ever and Rosie... bloody hell, I can't even begin to describe how cute she was. Big doleful brown eyes, the classic Lab smile and slightly overweight. Extremely cuddly :D
Oh, and I've also taken a lot of pictures. I'll probably put these up ASAP (as my computer is still being irritating). A lot of pics of the dogs and the incredible views. Can't wait to go through them again.

Well, I'm really tired so I might go to bed now.
In summary of my current life:
- mentally and physically drained
- in love with Golden Retrievers and hyper but friendly Terriers
- writing a lot for my story
- wanting to watch a lot of movies

Goodnight!
